Privacy Policy

BidSpring ("BidSpring", "we", "us") is operated by MachEvo Technologies FZE, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what data we handle and how. Questions: info@bidspring.io.

1. What we collect

  • Account information: the email address you sign up with, and your encrypted password (we never see your password in plain text — authentication is handled by our provider, Supabase).
  • Data you upload: the Amazon reports you choose to upload — your Sponsored Products Search Term Report, your Bulk (campaign) file, and, optionally, a Helium 10 export. These contain your advertising performance data (search terms, spend, sales, bids, organic ranks). We process this to generate your recommendations.
  • Basic usage/technical data: standard logs needed to operate and secure the service (e.g., login timestamps, error logs).
  • Billing information: when you subscribe, we store limited subscription data — your Stripe customer ID, plan, subscription status, and renewal/cancellation dates. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

2. What we do NOT collect or access

  • We never connect to, log into, or access your Amazon Seller Central or Amazon Ads account. We have no API access to your account and never ask for your Amazon credentials. Everything we analyze comes only from files you upload yourself.
  • Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, which handles all card data. We never see or store your full card details. (The limited billing data we do keep to manage your subscription is described in section 1.)

3. How we use your data

  • To run the service: analyze your uploaded reports and produce bid, negation, and harvest recommendations, and the downloadable bulk file.
  • To operate, secure, support, and improve BidSpring.
  • We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or other sellers. We do not use your uploaded advertising data to train third-party AI models.

4. Where it's stored & how it's protected

  • Your data is stored with our infrastructure provider, Supabase (Southeast Asia — Singapore region). Every record is isolated to your own account at the database layer (row-level security), so no other user can access your data.
  • We use reputable processors only as needed to run the service (e.g., hosting, and an email provider for sign-in/reset emails).

5. Your choices and rights

  • You can delete any upload at any time from the History page, which removes that data from our systems.
  • You can request deletion of your entire account and data by emailing info@bidspring.io.
  • Depending on your location, you may have additional rights (access, correction, portability). Contact us to exercise them.

6. Data retention

  • We keep your uploaded data while your account is active so the app can compare periods. Deleted uploads are removed; on account deletion, your data is removed within 30 days.

7. Cookies

  • We use only essential cookies needed to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising/tracking cookies.

8. Changes

  • We may update this policy; we'll change the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you.
